Progression Fix

Updated the game with a fix that wouldn't let you save progression. When you now play the game, you can earn points (bank) and use them to unlock various items.
- Fixed scores not saved
- Updated collision of the player
- Re-worked how the soundttrack is loaded
- Fixed soundtrack unlocks
- Fixed a bug that prevented the use of menu items (close button)
